2025 Conference Exhibitor Perks
Your exhibitor package includes a set number of complimentary virtual registrations and discounted guest pricing, tailored to your selected level. Once you select your exhibitor package and submit your payment, you will receive a an email with a unique code to share with your guests, making it easy for them to attend the conference.

  • In-Person Staff/Guests: Each exhibitor level includes a specific number of staff or guests who can attend the conference in person or manage the exhibit table. The exact number varies depending on which exhibitor tier you chose (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum).
  • Additional Staff/Guests: If you need more staff or guests beyond what your exhibitor level includes, you can purchase additional discounted admissions for $495 each using a provided discount code. A unique code will be emailed to you to register additional staff/guest. 
  • Eligibility: Only paid exhibitors are eligible to purchase these discounted additional staff/guest passes. CIRSx reserves the right to reject registrations if the exhibitor is not officially on file.
  • Access: These passes grant access to all conference events and meals - or in the case of Virtual attendance, access to the live-stream and recordings.
